Azealia Banks stirred up controversy once again by posting what she claims are unsolicited nude photos from MMA fighter Conor McGregor. Earlier this week, she tweeted screenshots of explicit DMs allegedly from McGregor, including one where he reportedly wrote, “Don’t be a rat cos all rats get caught,” alongside some risqué photos.
Banks responded with outrage, asking, “how are you really going to sexually harass me…then threaten me not to tell????” and mocked his supposed political aspirations by saying, “Honey...ain't u trying to be the president of Ireland?” She later claimed the images stopped working, implying he deleted them, and sarcastically tweeted, “Conor McGregor 4 President.”
In a twist, Banks said that they had a history of sending each other unsolicited nudes since 2016. The original explicit tweet from Banks was removed for violating X’s rules, and she received a 12-hour suspension, which she acknowledged with, “Got me. It’s been fun.”
