Late heiress Gloria Vanderbilt left most of her estate to her son Anderson Cooper.
Now we have some more details about his inheritance – and it’s not as much as you might expect.
Cooper’s brother got Vanderbilt’s Midtown Manhattan co-op, which is valued at $1-point-two-million.
While Cooper was left “all the rest” of her estate, probate docs reveal that’s valued at less than $1-point-five-million.
If you’re thinking that’s low, it’s worth noting that her family’s fortune has faded over the years – partially due to their generous charitable donations, but also some plain old spending.
But the inheritance is more than Cooper expected to get, since he was told by his mother that “there’s no trust fund.”
