They say that beggars can't be choosers but nobody appears to have told Octavius Hodges that.
Octavius went into a Taco Bell in Falmouth, Virginia on Mondayand tried to order off the dollar menu but when he counted his cash, he was about 30 cents short of a dollar. One of the employees felt really bad and decided to give him a free taco since he didn't have the money.
As Octavius was unwrapping it, he grew upset when he realized what kind of taco they gave him.
He got so angry he pulled out a knife out and threatened the staff, including the one who gave him the free taco.
Then he took off running, but a police dog sniffed him out and caught him in a field nearby.
Octavius was charged with attempted malicious wounding, disorderly conduct, assault, and obstruction of justice.
