The Browns are done with their head coach.
The team fired Kevin Stefanski on Monday.
He spent six seasons in Cleveland and finished the year with a 5-and-12 record.
The Browns were dead last in the AFC North for a second-straight season.
Stefanski went 45-and-56 and helped guide the team to the playoffs in 2020-and-23.
The organization is keeping general manager Andrew Berry.
