Manager Doc McGhee says all surviving members of Kiss could play final show

Kiss manager Doc McGhee has begun discussing the band's upcoming final concert, and reveals that all surviving former members of Kiss have been approached about taking part in their last-ever gig.

Doc said, "It's going to be worthy of the end of the road. It will be worthy to the 45 years of Kiss, the last month for sure. We want to celebrate everybody and we might bring out all the former members. We'd like to. Nobody says we hate this guy; we hate that guy; we want everybody who wants to come out."

After his successful tenures as manager of bands such as the Scorpions, Skid Row, Bon Jovi and – back when they were the most poorly behaved band ever - Motley Crue, McGhee first started working with Kiss in 1995 when Gene Simmons was interested in breathing life back into the band during their unmasked period. McGhee told Simmons, “call me when you put the makeup on”, which prompted the massive Kiss reunion tour, which was the highest grossing concert tour of 1996.

The final show is set to happen in the place where it all started for Kiss back in 1973 - New York City - on July 17, 2021.
