Evanescence has announced their sixth studio album, "Sanctuary," is going live on June 5th; Amy Lee said the album has been more than three years in the making.

The announcement came alongside the release of the lead single "Who Will You Follow," a heavy, piano-driven track produced by Zakk Cervini and Jordan Fish.

It will be available digitally, on CD, and in a deluxe box set, with a double vinyl following September 4th.

The album comes as the band is ramping up for a world tour, beginning June 11th in West Palm Beach, Florida, with Spiritbox and Nova Twins supporting on the North American dates.

Evanescence will also appear at the Sick New World festival in Las Vegas on April 25th.
