23rd Annual Tri-C® High School Rock Off returns to The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum!
High school seniors participating in the Rock Off will have the opportunity to apply for three PNC scholarships to study in Tri-C Creative Arts programs. PNC Bank will help high school seniors launch their careers in music by providing scholarships of up to $2,000 to enroll at Tri-C.
