Kent Taylor, CEO and founder of Texas Roadhouse, is stepping up to help his staff.
He’s giving up his salary for the rest of the year so the money can go to “front-line hourly restaurant employees.”
The steakhouse chain exec is forgoing his salary from March 18th, 2020 to January 7th, 2021.
