Police are there to protect and serve, but they don’t stop there when they see a way they can help.
Officers in California responded to a medical call at a home in Sunnyvale and after treating the patient, they realized his wheelchair ramp was in really bad shape.
So these kind-hearted cops got out their tools and came back to make it functional for the elderly couple who couldn’t do the work themselves.
“Although these officers believe they do not need any special recognition for doing this,” the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety shares in a Facebookpost, “We wanted to share this story to show you the unseen kindness our officers spread throughout our communities.”
