CLEVELAND, OH--- The White Sox have evened up the series with a 4-2 win off another stellar start from starter Dylan Cease, who went 6 innings, giving up 5 hits and 2 runs. He would have another duel with Guardians starter Logan T Allen, who up until the 7th inning was doing great himself.

Logan T Allen went 6 innings today, giving up 7 hits and 4 runs, with 3 of those coming in the 7th inning. He started off incredible, with his first 9 pitches resulting in 4 outs, retiring up to 12 Chicago batters in a row to start the game. The start of Allen's slide in the 7th came with Jose Ramirez committing a fielding error allowing Andrew Vaughn to score. Allen then walked Clint Frazier to load the bases with no outs, this lead to a 3 run inning with Romy Gonzalez hitting a 2 run double, his first double of the year. Enyel De Los Santos came in relief in that 7th, striking out Tim Anderson, Jake Burger, and Luis Robert Jr. The bats continued to show some progress with Will Brennan hitting a homer in the 3rd inning, which would be answered by a solo bomb from Yasmani Grandal in the 5th. Josh Naylor would also continue to show progress, hitting an RBI double in the 6th, he leads the club with 32 RBI on the year.

The White Sox now have some concern with 2 very important players in Luis Robert JR, and reliver Joe Kelly getting banged up Tuesday night, Joe Kelly would injure what appeared to be his leg, charging off the mound to assist his infielders on a fielding play, he stayed in the game, continuing to show his dominance of retiring 32 out of his last 33 total batters coming in. Luis Robert Jr would make a leaping play at the wall in the 8th inning, not returning in the 9th due to right hip tightness, something to keep up with as the rubber match for this series will take place at 1:10 Wednesday afternoon, as always you can listen to the game on WTAM 1100 AM, 106.9 FM, the free iHeartRadio app, and HERE
