On Wednesday, August 7, the Cleveland Indians fell in 14 innings to the Detroit Tigers 6-5 at Progressive Field. It was the Tigers third-straight win over the Tribe and now the Detroit club will look to go for a four-game sweep on Thursday evening. Following the extra innings loss, Tribe skipper Terry Francona met with WTAM 1100 Indians reporter Nick Camino and other members of the media to discuss the difficult loss, his decision to pull right-hander Danny Salazar and both bullpens.
