New Pink Floyd/Slipknot albums coming

Posted July 7th, 2014 @ 11:11am

This fall Pink Floyd will release “The Endless River”, their first new album in 20 years.

Back in the spring it was reported that David Gilmour was in the studio working on a new solo album, but it’s now been revealed that the sessions were for the new Floyd album which actually began during the recording of their 1994 album “The Division Bell”

Confused?

I am.

They probably are too.
The new disc was originally to be called 'The Big Spliff'.
That puts a whole new paintjob on things, huh?

Slipknot frontman Corey Taylor has revealed that the band has completed recording their new studio album, which will be their first release since 2008's "All Hope Is Gone" and he announced that the band will stage a huge festival they’re calling Knotfest this fall in California in Japan. The U.S. festival will be taking place on October 24-26 in San Bernardino, Ca and Slipknot will headline both nights with different sets.

They’ll be joined by Danzig, Five Finger Death Punch, Volbeat, Killswitch Engage, Anthrax, Black Label Society, Testament, In This Moment, Hatebreed, Hellyeah, Atreyu, The Devil Wears Prada and more.
