The Cavs came out energized and aggressive on Friday night in Washington and held off a late Wizard's run to win 115-113.

Alonzo Gee came off the bench to score 11 point, but more importantly he gave the Cavs a huge does of much needed energy in his 27 minutes. Kyrie Irving played at an all star level by scoring 23 points, with 12 assists, and was 13-13 from the line. His most impressive play was on defense when he took a charge from the 6'9 280 pound Marcin Gortat who seemed like a runaway train on the play, but to Irving's credit who hung in there and took the charge.

Dion Waiters scored 24 points and John Wall scored a game high 32 points for Washington. The Cavs next game will be Sunday against the Memphis Grizzlies at the Q.
