Despite missing starters Steve Nash, and Paul Gasol, playing with eight players, a player collecting 6 fouls and remaining in the game because of league rules the Lakers beat the Cavs Wednesday at the Q 119-108.

That's right Lakers Center Robert Sacre fouled out of the game and had to play because the Lakers only had 5 players available due to injuries throughout the game. League rules state a team must have five players on the floor at all times no matter their foul situation. If the player with 6 or more fouls then fouls a player it becomes a technical foul situation.

The Cavs allowed the Lakers to make 18 three pointers and the Lakers shot 53% from the field as a team while the Cavs shot 37% from the field and were 5-33 from beyond the arc. The Lakers led by as many as 29 points before the Cavs got as close as 8 in the 4th quarter, but again failed to complete the comeback. Kyrie Irving did not play in the 4th while the Cavs made their run.

CJ Miles led the Cavs with 27 points and Anderson Varejao added 15 points and 13 rebounds. Forward Ryan Kelly led the Lakers with 26 points.

The Cav fell to 16-33 and will travel to Washington on Friday.
