A Hot start in Phoenix leads the Cavaliers to a 110-101 win over the Suns on Wednesday night.
The Cavs scored 37 points in the 1st qtr and led by 13 at half. They shot 50% from distance and 46% from the field, while the usually 3 point friendly Suns shot just 27% from beyond the arc. The Cavs shook off their recent poor 4th qtr play by outscoring Phoenix 28-24 in the 4th.
The Cavaliers had 6 players in double digits led by Kyrie Irvings 23 points and 9 rebounds. Luol Deng made 7 of 12 shots for 18 points and 9 rebounds and Spencer Hawes chipped in with 19.
After being beat up on the boards on Saturday against the Knicks the Cavs reverted back to form on the boards by out rebounding the Suns 51-36 while 13 of those rebounds were offensive.
The Cavaliers continue their West coast trip on Friday in Golden State.
