(Cleveland) - The Cuyahoga County Board of Health warns they are seeing a spike in hospitalizations for the flu.   The flu season is expected to peak in early January.  Because it takes about 2 weeks for a flu shot to become effective they are urging everyone to get a flu shot now.   Details at www.wtam.com
