(Summit County) - Cuyahoga Falls Police say a suspect has turned himself in in connection will a blast in a window well of the U.S. Post Office on 2nd Street Thursday morning.  

Forty-two year old Shane Fraley walked into the Cuyahoga Falls police station about 7:25am and told investigators he set off a small explosive device in the window well which shattered the window and damaged the well.

The post office was closed at the time.  There were no injuries and the branch opened at it's normal time Thursday morning.

Fraley gave officers no reason for his actions.  He's charged with unlawful possession and manufacturing of a dangerous ordinance, arson, vandalism, and possession of criminal tools, all felonies.
