Car crashes into store; passenger killed

(Cleveland) - Police are investigating a traffic crash where the vehicle slammed into the front of a store killing one of the passengers.

27 year old Amandia Davis of Toledo died after the vehicle lost control and hit the front of a Family Dollar store on Broadway Saturday night. Four other passengers involved in the accident were injured.

Police say the driver; 24 year old James Cook of Warrensville Heights was traveling at a high rate of speed and lost control. Police suspect alcohol may be involved.

Cook faces aggravated vehicular assault charges.
