(Cleveland) - A bank robbery at Kamm's Corners lead to the bomb squad being called in Tuesday morning.

At approximately 9:20 a.m., an unknown, middle aged, white male, described as approximately 5’8” – 5’10”, over 200 pounds, brown hair, hazel eyes, wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, dark sneakers, and a dark colored bandana over his nose and mouth, entered the Key Bank, 17138 Lorain Avenue.

Upon entering the bank, the FBI says the white male placed a blue plastic grocery type bag on the teller counter and said the bag contained a bomb. The white male said he wanted $50 and $100 bills just prior to pulling out a handgun and waving it around.

The white male fled on foot, heading northbound on Rocky River Drive, with an undetermined amount of cash.

The Cleveland Police Department bomb squad unit responded to the scene. No injuries were reported.

The Cleveland Division of Police is asking that anyone with information in c/w this incident to contact the First District Detective Bureau at 216.623.5118.
